Etisalat Abandons Saka; offers D’banj N250m Deal to Port To Etisalat

Information has emerged that the telecommunication giants Etisalat, who had been at war with bigger industrial leader, MTN over Hafiz Ayetoro a.k.a. Saka  has decided to abandon Saka and engage the Koko master himself to port to Etisalat in a mouth watering deal.

It is said that  D’banj, the Kokomaster, has been engaged by Etisalat as a “super” brand ambassador.

A source close to D'banj said that D’banj was paid 5 times what other Naija artistes get…

Hot Yoruba Lingo Rapper Olamide finally joins D'Banj's DB Records ending weeks of endless speculations.

The news of this development was made known to the public by Mr. Kay Switch, D’banj’s younger brother by his welcome message sent via twitter to Olamide..

“@kayswitch Welcome to the family! Baddo”, Kay Switch tweeted.

Both artistes are currently in Atlanta, USA, for a show.

The fate of some of the artistes signed to Olamide’s YBNL outfit is yet unknown. Attempts to get Olamide’s manager to speak proved abortive as calls placed to his phone were unanswered.

US Rapper 2Chains Lands In Africa For The First Time For D’banj's Birthday

 

Nigeria's sensational singer, D'banj is getting ready for his birthday. Top among people to be at the event is US Rapper, 2Chains who will also be setting his foot on African soil for the first time said he can’t wait and emphasized that he wants to have a great time
“My birthday is in September but am gona act like it’s my birthday.” He said.
The event is slated to hold at Eko Hotel and will be featuring other artistes like D’banj, J-Sol, Kay Switch, Fally Ipupa and Olamide.

Although he believes Nigerians are good at rapping, but that their American counterparts are light years ahead of them. ‘You know you can’t compare American rap with Nigerian rap. Nigerians can rap but they don’t have the swagger of the Americans’
