Iyanya Chased Away From Davido's Birthday Party Held In Lagos

Its no longer a news that Iyanya was chased away by Davido's bouncers from the entrance gate of his birthday party at the Pavada Lounge, Lagos. Of course, its not longer a news either, that many regular people who did not have an invitation card were also prevented from entering the venue.

What is borne of contention here is the rationale behind preventing Iyanya from entering the venue.

The news of the separation of Mr. Ayo Balogun, a.k.a. WIZKID and Mr. Banky Wellington, a.k.a. Banky W. dominated the air waves recently. It got even worst to the extent that the two hardly meet at shows and other public functionaries.

 

Consequently, Wizkid left EME Records owned by Banky W. and started his own Record Label called Star Boy Records.The duo are back in the news again but this time for a diffenert reason.

Recently in a show, the duo parformed together and while welcoming Banky W. Wizkid introduced him as his Brother, Fan and Business Partner.

Lauryn Hill Saved By Sony Music New Deal, Avoids Jail

 

Musical Superstar, American Rap Artist and Mother of 6, Lauryn Hill has reportedly dodged being handed a jail sentence for tax evasion after signing a new deal with Sony worth $1million.

Lauryn Hill who was one of the arrow heads of  a former group called Fugees recently pleaded guilty to tax evasion last year after failing to file tax returns between 2005 and 2007, during which she earned around $1.8million (£1.2million ) from music and film royalties.
