EME’s star boy Wizkid who original name is Ayo Balogun has just released a new song in collaboration with Africa’s most celebrated icon, Femi Anikolapo Kuti. The song  is titled Jaiye Jaiye.

The multi award winning Grammy nominee, Femi Kuti, gives the track a new school high-life mix as he puts his superb saxophone skills to its full capacity.

Finally, late Hiphop Sensational Singer and Big Brother Africa Housemate, Goldie Harvey will have her Properties auction out tomorrow by the family.

The family said this in a statement on Tuesday.

The statement signed by the family representative, Deji Adetayo, stated that although the singer did not leave a will, she had had an agreement with her husband, Leonard Harvey to auction her remaining items.
Mr Adetayo said the proceeds from the sales would be donated to charity.
He said, “There will be a garage sale at Goldie’s house located at 30B, Ologunkutere Street, Parkview Estate, Ikoyi, Lagos on May 1, 2013.

Lauryn Hill Saved By Sony Music New Deal, Avoids Jail

 

Musical Superstar, American Rap Artist and Mother of 6, Lauryn Hill has reportedly dodged being handed a jail sentence for tax evasion after signing a new deal with Sony worth $1million.

Lauryn Hill who was one of the arrow heads of  a former group called Fugees recently pleaded guilty to tax evasion last year after failing to file tax returns between 2005 and 2007, during which she earned around $1.8million (£1.2million ) from music and film royalties.
